Greece Provides Income Tax Exemption for Foreign Crew on Certain Greek Ships

The Greek parliament has approved legislation introducing various tax measures. One of the main measures provides for an income tax exemption in respect of employment income earned by foreign (non-resident) ship officers and junior crew members when working on Greek-flagged merchant navy ships that exclusively perform international voyages.
