Greece has published Law 4608/2019 in the 25 April 2019 edition of the Official Gazette, which provides measures for the introduction of new incentives for strategic investments in Greece. With respect to tax incentives, this includes that qualifying strategic investments may be entitled to claim either a tax exemption or accelerated depreciation.
