On 22 June 2020, Greece published in the Official Gazette the law for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Egypt. The agreement, signed 10 October 2018, will enter into force on the first day of the third month following the exchange of the ratification instruments and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1985 social security agreement between the two countries.
