On 18 May 2023, the Greek Public Revenue Authority (AADE) published Decision A. 1069 on the form and content of the return (declaration) for the temporary solidarity contribution on fossil fuel companies, as well as the procedures for collection. The contribution was introduced by Article 114 of Law No. 5007 of 2022, in line with Council Regulation (EU) 2022/1854.
