Greece to Increase VAT Exemption Threshold

Greece is reportedly planning to increase the value added tax (VAT) exemption threshold for resident companies from EUR 10,000 in annual turnover to EUR 25,000. Companies with turnover below the threshold in the previous year may be exempted from filing VAT returns and making VAT payments if registered as small enterprises.
