The Greek parliament is currently considering a draft bill submitted by the government for the introduction of incentives for electronic invoicing. For companies that apply electronic invoicing, the following incentives would be provided:
- the statute of limitations for the tax authority to issue an administrative, estimated, or corrective tax assessment would be reduced to 2 years from the standard 5 years;
