The Greek Supreme Administrative Court has reportedly issued a judgment on whether a stamp duty is due on loan agreements concluded overseas. According to the judgment, such loan agreements are subject to stamp duty where the amount borrowed is payable in Greece or the amount borrowed is transferred to a Greek account.
