According to an update from the OECD, Greenland signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Country-by-Country Reports (CbC MCAA) on 27 November 2024. Greenland's CbC reporting requirement apply from 1 January 2019 and are in line with Denmark's requirements, including a CbC reporting threshold of DKK 5.6 billion in consolidated group revenue.
