The Guernsey government has published GSCCA Circular 17 of 18 March 2021, which provides a further extension of the deadline for filing 2019 company tax returns, due to technical issues. Previously extended to 31 March 2021, relief from penalties is now being provided for returns filed by 30 April 2021. It is also provided that the deadline for filing the 2020 company tax return is extended to 28 February 2022, given that this return will be available later than usual.
