The Guernsey government has updated its guidance page on BEPS and Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting with the publication of Bulletin 2017-8 CBC Reporting. The Bulletin clarifies the deadline for the submission of CbC reports in Guernsey, which is no later than 12 months after the last day of the Reporting Fiscal Year of the MNE Group.
