The Guernsey Revenue Service has published an updated version of the Guidelines for requesting Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) assistance in Guernsey, which is dated 17 November 2020. The latest version is Issue 4 of the guidelines and mainly includes clarifying adjustments of the text in various parts of the guideline, as well as additional references to the BEPS MLI and synthesized texts of tax treaties as modified by the MLI.
