Guernsey has issued the Income Tax (Guernsey) (Approval of Agreement with United Kingdom) Ordinance, 2018, which came into force on 1 December 2018 and provides for the ratification of the new income and capital tax treaty with the United Kingdom ({News-2018-07-06/T/2-previous coverage}).
