Guyana Revised Property Tax Act Including New Brackets and Rates

The Guyana Revenue Authority has published the Property Tax Act (Rev. 2019). The revised Act provides that with effect from 2019, both individuals and companies with net property valued at GYD 40 million or more at the end of the year will be required to file a property tax return.
