The Honduras Revenue Administration (SAR) has reportedly provided a further extension of the tax return and payment deadline for the 2019 tax period to 31 August 2020 for SMEs that have suspended their operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, a general extension to 30 June 2020 was provided for SMEs due to COVID-19, while large taxpayers were expected to meet standard deadlines.
