According to a recent release from the Honduras revenue administration (SAR), the deadline to benefit from the country's tax amnesty regime is 30 March 2019. The regime, which was introduced via Decree No. 51-2018, provides for a full waiver of fines, late payment interest, and surcharges on outstanding taxes and customs duties for tax years 2013 to 2017, provided that the outstanding taxes and duties are paid by the deadline.
