The Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department has announced the publication of the Inland Revenue (Amendment) (Child Allowance and Tax Concessions) Bill 2023, which provides for the implementation of the 2023-24 Budget tax Concessions. The bill will be introduced in the Legislative Council on 15 March 2023.
