The Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department has announced the publication of the Inland Revenue (Amendment) (Minimum Tax for Multinational Enterprise Groups) Bill 2024 on 27 December 2024, which provides for the introduction of a 15% global minimum tax in line with Pillar 2 from 2025.
