Hong Kong and Kyrgyzstan Conclude Tax Treaty Negotiations

According to a release from Kyrgyzstan's Ministry of Economy and Commerce, officials from Hong Kong and Kyrgyzstan concluded negotiations for an income tax treaty on 17 January 2025, with agreement reached on all aspects of the treaty. The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
