Through a decision published on 9 May 2024, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán authorized the signing of an amending protocol to the 2013 income and capital tax treaty with Switzerland. The protocol will be the first to amend the treaty and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
