Hungary's Ministry of Finance has reportedly confirmed that the corporate income tax return and payment deadline for 2020 is 31 May 2021 (i.e., the standard deadline). However, taxpayers are allowed to apply for an extension of the final payment deadline to 30 June 2021 with a waiver of penalties. Further, the extension to 30 June 2021 may also be applied for transfer pricing requirements, including documentation preparation.
