On 6 March 2025, the Office of the Governor of the U.S. State of Idaho announced the signing of House Bill 40 into law. Among other things, House Bill 40 provides for a reduction in the corporate tax rate and the individual income tax rate from 5.695% to 5.3%. The reduction applies retroactively from 1 January 2025.
