Incentives for start-up companies – Ministerial Decree published

On 20 March 2014, the Ministerial Decree of 30 January 2014, implementing the measures to incentivize innovative start-up companies, adopted by Law Decree No. 179 of 18 October 2012 (see Italy-1, News 24 October 2012) as converted into law, with amendments, by way of Law No. 221 of 17 December 2012, was published in the Official Gazette No. 66.
