Due to technical issues with India's GST filing portal, the GST Council reportedly decided on 9 September 2017 to extend the due date for Form GSTR-1 (return on outward supplies) for the month of July to 3 October 2017 for taxpayers with aggregate turnover in excess of INR 1 billion and to 10 October 2017 for other taxpayers.
