India's Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has published Notification No. 69/2020 - Central Tax of 30 September 2020, which provides a further extension of the deadline for filing the GST annual return in Form GSTR-9 and the reconciliation statement in Form GSTR-9C for financial year 2018-19. Previously extended to 30 September 2020, the Notification provides that the deadline is extended to 31 October 2020.
