During a meeting held on 23 February 2024, the Mauritius Cabinet authorized the signing of an amending protocol to the 1982 income and capital tax treaty with India. The protocol will be the second to amend the treaty and must be signed and ratified before entering into force. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
