Indonesia has published Regulation No. 69 of 2024, which extends the tax holiday (exemption) incentive for pioneer industries as regulated by Regulation No. 130/PMK.010/2020. As previously reported, Regulation No. 130/PMK.010/2020 updated and replaced Regulation No. 150/PMK.010/2018, including an extension of the incentive for proposals submitted up to 9 October 2024.
