Indonesia has published Regulation No. 60/PMK.03/2022, which updates and replaces Regulation No. 48/PMK.03/2020 for the regulation of the collection of VAT on digital goods and services sold to consumers in Indonesia. The regulation is effective from 1 April 2022.
