Following the release of the final BEPS Project package by the OECD, Ireland's Finance Minister Michael Noonan announced that Ireland is committed to the implementation of the BEPS project outcomes ({News-2015-10-06/A/2- previous coverage}). The first steps will be the implementation of country-by-country reporting requirements developed under Action 13, as well as the implementation of a knowledge box (IP) regime in line with Action 5.
