Ireland's Department of Finance has published the responses received to the public consultation held 7 April to 7 May 2021 on Ireland's tax treaty policy. As previously reported, the consultation was held as part of the development of a tax treaty policy statement taking account of International developments, which Ireland intends to publish before the end of 2021 as part of its Corporation Tax Roadmap 2021.
