Israel's Ministry of Finance has issued an order extending the scope of intellectual property eligible for the country's intellectual property (IP) regime, which was introduced in 2017 and follows the modified nexus approach of BEPS Action 5 ({News-2017-05-26/A/4-previous coverage}).
