Italy has published Law No. 91 of 15 July 2022 in the Official Gazette, which converts into law the measures of Decree-Law No. 50 of 17 May 2022. This includes further urgent measures first approved by the Council of Ministers in May 2022 in relation to national energy policies, business productivity, and investment attraction, as well as the Ukrainian crisis.
