Italy has published the Decree of 2 February 2021 from the Ministry of Economy and Finance in the Official Gazette, which approves changes in the application of the synthetic indexes of fiscal reliability (indici sintetici di affidabilità fiscal - ISA) for Certain Taxpayers for the 2020 tax period. The Decree provides that the IAS does not apply for:
