The Italian Revenue Agency (IRA) has published Protocol No. 48243/2022 of 15 February 2022, which provides guidance on the new patent box regime introduced by Decree-Law No. 146 of 21 October 2021, converted into law by Law No. 215 of 17 December 2021, and amended by Law No 234 of 30 December 2021.
