Italy has published the Decree of 22 July 2020 in the Official Gazette. As announced earlier by the Finance Department of Italy's Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Decree provides for the deferral of the deadline for the reporting of financial account information in respect of 2019 to 30 September 2020, including in respect of reporting for FATCA, DAC2, and CRS.
