Italy published Law No. 98 of 23 June 2025 in the Official Gazette on 1 July 2025, which provides for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Moldova. The agreement, signed 31 October 2024, will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged and, once in force and effective, will replace the 2021 social security agreement between the two countries.
