Ivory Coast Approves Pending Tax Treaty with Turkey

On 21 December 2022, the Ivory Coast Council of Ministers approved the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Turkey. The treaty, signed 29 February 2016, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
