The Jersey Government has launched a public consultation on secondary legislation under the Financial Services (Disclosure and Provision of Information) (Jersey) Law. The Law was adopted by the State on 14 July 2020 and requires the provision of information relating to beneficial ownership and significant persons by certain entities and for other purposes. The Law is currently pending sanctioning and registration, and the entry into force date is not yet set.
