The Government of Jersey has launched a public consultation on the implementation of mandatory disclosure rules (MDR) for CRS Avoidance Arrangements and Opaque Offshore Structures in order to meet commitments made to the EU Code of Conduct Group (Business Taxation). The consultation notes that two MDR models are being proposed for this purpose:
