Jersey has published the Revenue Administration (Jersey) Law 2019 (Appointed Day) Act 2019, which was made by the States Assembly on 10 December 2019 and includes provisions to bring the Revenue Administration (Jersey) Law 2019 (RAL 2019) into force on 1 January 2020. The RAL 2019 was adopted by the States Assembly on 21 May 2019 ({News-2019-06-03/A/2-previous coverage}) and was sanctioned on 8 October 2019 and registered in the Royal Court on 18 October 2019.
