Kazakhstan has published Order No. 757 of 12 July 2023, which approves the list of officially recognized sources of information on market prices. The list is effective from 26 July 2023 and is used in relation to the estimation of customs duties, tax assessments, tax monitoring, and transfer pricing control. Sources of information are specified for oil, oil products, liquefied gas, coal, natural gas, different types of metal and ore, cereal crops, cotton, and related freight and transport.
