Kazakhstan published Decree (Resolution) No. 382 on 28 May 2025, which amends Decree No. 333 of 24 April 2024 on the signing of an income tax treaty with Egypt. The amendment updates the original decree by authorizing Minister of Finance Madi Takiyev to sign the tax treaty with Egypt. The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
