Kazakhstan Consults on Revisions to Resolution for Signing Tax Treaty with Egypt

The Kazakhstan government is consulting on revisions to the resolution for the signing of an income tax treaty with Egypt. Negotiations for the treaty began in 2016 and were concluded in 2019, with the original resolution for the signing of the treaty approved in April 2024. The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
