Kenya's National Treasury has issued a public notice requesting public comments on the pending income tax treaties with Barbados and Singapore, which were signed on 7 December 2019 and 12 June 2018, respectively. Comments should be forwarded in writing to agreements@treasury.go.ke by 17 August 2020 for consideration.
