Kenya Signs Multilateral Agreement on Exchange of CbC Reports

According to an update from the OECD, Kenya signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Country-by-Country Reports (CbC MCAA) on 9 September 2022. Kenya's CbC reporting requirements apply from the 2022 reporting fiscal year for MNE groups meeting an annual consolidated revenue threshold of KES 95 billion.
