On 12 June 2014, Kenya's 2014-2015 Budget was presented by the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury. The main tax proposals in the budget include:

  • Amending the income tax law to require both resident and non-resident taxpayers to provide up-to-date information on changes in their business and corporate structures
