The Tax Administration of Kosovo (TAK) has issued a notice to taxpayers on changes to the personal income tax rates as provided by Law No. 08/L-142. This includes the following personal income tax brackets/rates:
- EUR 0 to 3,000.00 – 0%
- EUR 3,000.01 to 5,400.00 – 8%
- EUR 5,400.01 and above – 10%
According to the notice, Law No. 08/L-142 entered into force and began to be implemented on 23 August 2024.
