Kyrgyzstan Approves Pending Tax Treaty with Armenia

On 22 September 2020, the Kyrgyzstani government approved for ratification the pending income tax treaty with Armenia. The treaty, signed 9 August 2019, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
