The Kyrgyzstan State Tax Service has issued a release announcing that with effect from May 2023, all taxpayers are required to register in the information system (ETTN, or ЭТТН system) of the Tax Service and issue electronic invoices. However, the requirements do not apply to taxpayers applying a zero tax rate that have annual revenue not exceeding KGS 8 million and comply with requirements for the use of cash registers.
