According to a release from the Supreme Council (parliament) of Kyrgyzstan, the law for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with China was approved on 19 June 2025. The agreement, signed 5 February 2025, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
