Latvia's Ministry of Finance has announced the government's approval of regulations amending the list of low-tax and tax-free jurisdictions (tax havens). The regulations and the list were published in the Official Gazette on 29 June 2023 and entered into force on 1 July 2023.
The list is based on the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions and includes: American Samoa, Anguilla, Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Costa Rica, Fiji, Guam, Marshall Islands, Palau, Panama, Russia, Samoa, Tri…
